The first step to your new home is to get in touch with us.
We will discuss your ideas, requirements, timeline and where you are currently at with the project.
This conversation allows you to tell us a little about your project and for us to ask some detailed questions, this gives us a clear understanding of your desired
outcome.
This is a crucial step to ensure we are able to provide the service you require.
We schedule a time to meet in person.
This is a no obligation meeting that creates an opportunity to get to know each other a little. We understand first hand the importance of great working relationships. It is crucial that you can see yourself working with us throughout the project.
We discuss your ideas and goals for your new home in further detail including timeframe, council permits, budget, project management and materials.
We will explain step by step how we will work together to create your dream home.
If you have any plans and sketches please bring them along with you.
If you already have plans, we can now prepare a detailed project proposal for your project.
If you are yet to finalise your plans, no problem, we can recommend someone trusted for you to work with, to transform your ideas and needs into working drawings.
Once the quote has been completed, we will arrange a meeting with you to ensure we have included all details according to your requirements.
You can be assured there will be no surprises or hidden costs with us.
Once you have approved plans & permits and have accepted our project proposal, we will prepare your master builders fixed price contract.
At this point, we will give you personalised logins to access our website.

Using your website logins, you have access to regular updates, photos and videos, allowing you to track the progress of your build, every step of the way. We will keep you up to date at each stage to ensure you know exactly what is happening at all times.
Our communication with you will always be honest & transparent, throughout the entire build process. We want you to remain connected to this very exciting journey.
Once the building inspector has given the final sign off, we send in our trusted cleaner to ensure your home is spotless when you arrive.
